Policies are subject to change at any time
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of when pet sitting services are scheduled to begin to receive a full refund. Full refunds will not be issued if less than 72 hours notice is provided.
Last Minute Booking Policy: It is always best to book our services as soon as you know you will be traveling. This allows us ample time to schedule a meet & greet visit, get keys, and answer any questions you may have. Last minute bookings (those with less than 48 hours notice) are subject to a fee.
Early Return Policy: Should you return before your originally scheduled date and time, please let us know so we can adjust our visits accordingly. No refunds will be issued for early returns.
Job Sharing Policy: We cannot "job share" while caring for your pets. This means that if you book with us, no one else can also be caring for your pets. Our insurance only covers our employees.
Holiday Visit Policy: A $20 per day holiday fee will be added onto your invoice for all major holidays (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day).
Payment Policy: We require payment in full before pet sitting services start. There will be an additional fee(s) accrued for payments not made by then.
Vaccination Policy: In accordance with state law, all animals are required to be up-to-date on their rabies vaccination. Proof of vaccination (either via veterinary records, or a rabies tag) are required.
Visitor Policy: If anyone is planning on visiting your home for any reason while you are away, please let us know in advance.
Taxi Policy: In the event your pet needs to be taken to a veterinary hospital while you're away, additional fees may be added to your invoice.
Supply/Restock Policy: If any supplies such as food, medications, etc. run out while you're gone, a $10 fee will be added onto your invoice in addition to the cost of the supplies purchased.
